We can assist you from our personal experiences of cruising and specialist knowledge gained through ABTAC advanced training and membership of ACE (Association of Cruise Experts) and the LCA (Leading Cruise Agents).

Through our partnership with the major cruise lines and our specialist skills we are able to help customers in all aspects of cruising from celebrating occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, weddings at sea and honeymoons, to large groups, themed cruises, business conferences and expedition cruises.

	Leading our dedicated team of friendly professional staff is Yvonne who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in cruising. She has experienced many different types of cruising during personal holidays and on board training including Luxury lines, Silversea, Regent and Crystal. Other cruise lines Yvonne has experienced include: P&O, Princess, Cunard, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Fred Olsen, Holland America Line, Hurtigruten, Costa, MSC, NCL, AMA Waterways & Silversea. Yvonne has also gained Ace Ambassador status which is the ultimate accolade from the Cruise Industry only achieved by the highest level of learning, this is still an elite club with very few Ambassador’s in the UK and Europe.
	Dianne has been involved in the Travel Industry for over 30 years around Chesterfield and Bakewell and specialises in worldwide tailor-made cruises. She has a wealth of invaluable knowledge to pass onto customers together with first hand experience of many ships and cruises worldwide including: Royal Caribbean, Fred Olsen, Holland America Line, NCL and Celebrity Cruises. Dianne has also gained Ace Ambassador status which is the ultimate accolade from the Cruise Industry only achieved by the highest level of learning, this is still an elite club with very few Ambassador’s in the UK and Europe. Dianne’s extensive knowledge of both Cruise and the Travel Industry in general is a great asset and makes her a valued member of the team.
	Nicola has worked in travel for the last 14 years, starting her career in high street travel in 1996, working in the UK and also abroad. In 2003 her true love for Cruising led her into her new career in travel as she became a senior member of a Cruise Specialist team focusing purely on cruise holidays. Since then she has had first hand experience and has a wealth of knowledge of life on board some of the world’s leading cruise lines. Nicola’s pure passion and dedication has made her a valued member of our team. Nicola specialises in worldwide tailor-made cruises and family cruising.
